We ship with DPD, with track & trace to your door. How quickly your parcel leaves depends on what is in stock.
When does your parcel leave?
We deliberately keep a limited stock of our own and order most items directly from our suppliers. If your item is here, it usually leaves within one or two working days. If it has to come from the supplier first, it takes longer — and exactly how long depends on their stock.
That is why we do not promise a fixed delivery time. What we do promise: a realistic estimate as soon as we know where we stand. Need it by a certain date — a test day, a race, a birthday? Mention it with your order and we will tell you up front whether it is feasible.
In a real hurry? Express delivery is possible, but it comes with a serious surcharge. Just ask us what that would cost in your case.
Shipping costs
We ship with DPD. The rate depends on the delivery country and is calculated in your cart:
- Belgium: € 6.95 — free over € 150
- Netherlands & Luxembourg: € 9.95 — free over € 250
- Germany: € 11.95 — free over € 250
- France: € 14.95 — free over € 250

Collection
Collecting from the workshop in Ruddervoorde is always possible and costs nothing. Do make an appointment, so everything is ready and we have time to fit your gear together.
Track & trace
As soon as DPD has collected your parcel you get a tracking link by email. It lets you follow the parcel and choose a different address or a pick-up point with DPD if that suits you better. Helmets always ship double-boxed.
Cooling-off period
After receipt you have 14 days as a consumer to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. How it works and what you get back is explained on the Returns page.
