You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Cancelling takes one button; you get a full refund.

Your right of withdrawal

If you buy from us as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive the items, without giving any reason. If you order several items that are delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item.

How to cancel

Use the Cancel my order button. Enter your name, email address and order number and confirm. That is all — you receive a confirmation by email straight away.
Prefer email? Send a clear statement to info@frevymotorsport.com quoting your order number. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Return the items within 14 days of your withdrawal to the address in your confirmation: unused, with all labels and in the original packaging. Helmets preferably in their original box and bag.

Refund

We refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have the items back or until you show you have sent them. Refunds go through the same payment method you used. The cost of returning is yours, unless we delivered a wrong or damaged item.

You may inspect and try on the items as you would in a shop. If they have been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised: made-to-measure race suits, embroidered or printed team wear and painted helmets (FreVyDesigns). For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned unopened in its sealed packaging.

Warranty

Apart from the right of withdrawal, the statutory two-year warranty covers manufacturing faults. A helmet that has taken an impact is not replaced under warranty — but we will inspect it free of charge.
