Official motorsport gear & helmet customisation

FAQ

What products do you sell?

Premium motorsport gear: helmets, race suits, gloves, shoes, teamwear and accessories. We also have helmets custom-painted by our partner FreVyDesigns.

What are the delivery times?

That depends on whether the item is here or has to come from the supplier first. If it is in stock, your parcel usually leaves within one or two working days. If it has to be ordered, the lead time is not in our hands — you will get a realistic estimate as soon as we have one. Need it by a certain date? Say so and we will tell you up front whether it is possible.

Can I return products?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Cancel with the “Cancel an order” button at the bottom of the site; you get a confirmation straight away. Return the product unworn and in its original packaging and you get a full refund. Personalised and made-to-measure items are excluded: they were made specifically for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card, debit card and bank transfer. Payments run through Mollie in a secure environment; we never see your card details.

Are the products certified?

All racing gear meets the applicable FIA or SNELL standards. The homologation is listed under Specifications on every product.

How do I find the right size?

Every product has a size chart. Unsure? Mail your height, weight and chest measurement for personal advice. Fittings are possible by appointment in Ruddervoorde.

How long does a FreVyDesigns helmet take?

Allow 3 to 5 weeks from approval of the digital design. In high season this can run longer; we always confirm a date up front.

Does my helmet stay homologated after painting?

Yes. We use paint and clear coat that do not attack the shell, and we never paint over the homologation label.

Do you also make personalised gear?

Yes. We personalise helmets, race suits, teamwear and accessories in your colours, with your name, race number and sponsor logos. Helmets are hand-painted in our own workshop through FreVyDesigns. Note: personalised items are made specifically for you and can therefore not be exchanged or returned.

How does a made-to-measure race suit work?

That works by appointment. We take your measurements ourselves at the workshop in Ruddervoorde — precision matters, and a suit that does not fit costs you more than comfort on track. We then pass your measurements to Sparco, who build the suit. Allow a few weeks; you get the exact lead time when we measure you.
