These terms apply to every order placed with FREVY Motorsport.
1. Scope
Placing an order means accepting these terms.
2. Prices
All prices are in euro and include 21% VAT, excluding shipping.
3. Payment
Payment is made in advance through the offered methods. Orders ship after payment is received.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them gives no right to compensation.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the items, without giving a reason, using the “Cancel my order” button on the site or by email; you always receive a confirmation. Return the items within 14 days of your withdrawal, unused and in the original packaging; the return costs are yours. We refund the full amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once we have the items back or you show you have sent them. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or personalised (made-to-measure race suits, printed or embroidered clothing, painted helmets) nor to unsealed underwear. 6. Liability
Motorsport remains a risk sport. Use equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the applicable sporting regulations.
7. Governing law
Belgian law applies; the courts of West Flanders have jurisdiction.
